Your appointments are very important to the Lash Bar team and are reserved especially for you. We respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments missed or canceled without 24-hour notice will result in a $30 cancellation fee.
As a courtesy, appointments are confirmed one day prior via phone call or text. We understand how easy it is to forget an appointment booked weeks or months in advance.
Please understand that when appointments are changed or canceled without proper notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that time, and clients on our waitlist miss the opportunity to receive services.
All services are non-refundable.
Due to the nature of our beauty services and the time reserved specifically for each client, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on completed services. If you have any concerns regarding your service, please contact us within 48 hours so we can review and address the matter appropriately.
